Comfortable and stylish is looking for a dynamic and motivated supervisor to lead its team at the Galeries de la Capitale store.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a customer experience
exceptional, to optimize team performance and to actively contribute to achieving the store's sales objectives.
Main responsibilities
• Daily operations management: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the
store by supervising sales activities and ensuring a presentation
Impeccable visuals.
• Leadership and training: Guiding, motivating, and training the team to deliver a
Superior customer service.
• Achieving objectives: Collaborating with management to achieve and exceed
sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Inventory management: Supervise the receiving, organization and
restocking of products to minimize losses and maximize
sales opportunities.
• Customer service: Resolving customer problems with
professionalism and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Administration: Prepare schedules, generate sales reports and
contribute to local marketing initiatives.
Job requirements
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position in retail
detail.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and computer tools (Excel,
point-of-sale software).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
