GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For hygiene reasons, intimate products (underwear, swimwear, socks) are non-refundable. They can only be exchanged if returned in new condition, in their original packaging with the tags still attached.

A garment (jogging pants, pajamas, bathrobe, sweater, etc.) that is not considered intimate is exchangeable even if the label is no longer on the item but must be in new condition.

For exchanges and returns, please respect the following deadlines:

1. For items at regular price: You have 30 days from the date of purchase or the shipping date in the case of online purchases.

2. For items on promotion or sale: You have 15 days from the date of purchase or the date of shipment in the case of online purchases.

3. Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The following conditions must be met for your item to be eligible for return:

1. Product condition : The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original price tags intact. MesBobettes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Refund method : Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If the original payment card is not provided, a MesBobettes gift card will be issued.

3. Promotion : Returning items purchased on promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and any other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales conditions.

4. Gift card : Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.

5. Price adjustments : MesBobettes does not accept price adjustments.

ONLINE PURCHASE

RETURN PROCEDURE BY MAIL:

Before initiating the return process, please ensure your product meets our return guidelines. Only items that comply with these conditions will be accepted.

Once this verification is complete, simply go to the carrier of your choice to ship the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the selected carrier. Be sure to pack your item securely and keep proof of shipment for optimal tracking.

1. Complete the return form : Fill out the form included in your order or download a printable version by clicking here .
2. Prepare your package : Insert the completed form and the items to be returned in their original packaging or in other sturdy packaging.
3. Affix the return label : Stick the return label onto the package, making sure to cover any old shipping label, if necessary.
4. Send the package : Drop off your package at a post office near you and make sure to keep the tracking number provided by the carrier.
5. Multiple returns : If you have items from separate orders, you can put all the products in the same package. (Include the associated order numbers.)

Generally, refunds are processed within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your return at our distribution center. However, this timeframe may vary during periods of high demand or depending on your financial institution's policies.

IN-STORE EXCHANGES

To make an exchange following an in-store purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Please visit us in store*:
   • The original invoice.
   • The payment method used for your purchase.
   • The items you wish to return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR IN-STORE EXCHANGES

The article must:

• The item must be in new condition and unwashed. Store staff reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
• must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (the time may vary depending on the time of year).
• having been purchased in one of our stores and not online.
• be accompanied by the original invoice or have access to the customer account on which the purchase was made.

* You can return or exchange the item at a MesBobettes store other than the one where you made the purchase. Find a store near you.

Warranty claims must be submitted to MesBobettes within the warranty period offered by the manufacturer of the defective underwear. If the problem is reported outside of this period, this policy no longer applies. For all warranty claims, we ask that you contact us before returning anything. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department by email at info@mesbobettes.ca, providing the following information:

- Your order number or proof of purchase showing a transaction date within the last 12 months.

- Your delivery address. The name and color of the model you wish to guarantee.

- A photo showing the defect. A photo of the product identification label (if available) inside the product, next to the care label, to help us verify the model information.

- A photo of the product label on the back of the product to help us verify the model.

- A brief description of the problem also helps us to process your request more quickly.

If a product is determined by MesBobettes to be defective, MesBobettes will work to find a reasonable solution for you. The reasonable determination of whether the product is defective will be made by MesBobettes at its sole discretion, taking into account the overall wear and tear of the product.

Items can only be exchanged, not refunded, and you are responsible for shipping costs and import duties/taxes.

Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, repair, or purchased from an unauthorized seller. This policy can only be used once per product and does not apply to replacement products offered under previous warranty claims.
