What does being a Size Member give me?
If you have a Size Member account and log into it when shopping on our site, you'll get free shipping on your purchases if they're over $100 before taxes and after discount. You can also access the liquidation section where several products are discounted between 10 and 70%.
How do discounts work on your website?
Normally, we launch two promotions per week on Wednesday and Saturday. It is impossible to combine 2 discounts on the same product.
What is the time frame to receive my order?
We ship 5 days a week. The time between your order and the reception at your home is 4 to 6 working days. In busy periods, delays may be longer. We use the services of Canada Post for transport. If you are not at home during the delivery, the postman will leave a notice in your post office box to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
Who pays the transport costs?
Shipping is always free for orders of $100 or more before taxes and after discount . If your order is less than $100, we will add a $9 delivery charge. You will see this $9 fee at checkout on our website.
What happens if there is an error in my address?
If there is an error in your address and you are responsible, there is a good chance that the package will be returned to the Mesbobettes warehouse. It will be our pleasure to send the package back to you, but this time, adding a delivery charge. However, if the error is our responsibility, we will bear the cost of returning the package to you. If you are wrong, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the correction if the package is still at our warehouse.
What is your pricing policy
Our prices are subject to change without notice. You may buy a product at regular price and a few days later it will be on sale. Under no circumstances do we make refunds on a price adjustment.
Do you also have a storefront store?
Yes since May 2013, we have a store located at Carrefour de l'Estrie in Sherbrooke. The shop is located next to LA SENZA . If you pass, you will be able to meet our team, see and touch all the products available on the site.
Can we buy our panties online and pick them up in store so as not to pay shipping costs?
Yes, we have a delivery option called pick up in store. No delivery charges. We will contact you to let you know when the order is ready for pickup.

Yes, like all shops that take care of their customers, we sometimes offer, for limited periods, discounts on our merchandise. However, you must be subscribed to our Size Member club to have access to the liquidation section.
Can we exchange or get a refund for one or more products that are not suitable?
As in most stores that sell intimate products, we do not make exchanges or refunds, since we cannot know if the product was worn by the customer.
