What if I made a mistake in the delivery address?
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted. If the address on an order is incomplete or incorrect, the order is usually returned to us. Please contact our customer service department to provide your correct address. We can then resend the package to you at your expense.
However, if your order is delivered to the wrong address, it will be your responsibility to collect your package from that address.
Who is your carrier?
We ship the majority of our packages with Nationex. A small percentage of our packages must be delivered via Canada Post due to the location. We prefer to ship packages with Canada Post if you have a condo or apartment number. Shipping is free for orders of $40 or more before taxes and after discounts. For orders under $40, the shipping fee is $9 plus tax.
You will receive an email when the order is about to leave with a tracking link to follow it.
Delivery times are 48-72 hours once the order has left our offices.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. The time between your order and delivery to your home varies depending on the time of year and the items selected. If you have ordered items from the brands Hook, Saxx, Bn3th, 2Undr, and Pump, processing times may be longer because our second warehouse is located in Vancouver, and we transfer orders twice a week to ensure we can offer you nearly 100% of these brands' collections.

How do I know what size is right for me?
Sizes vary from brand to brand. That's why we've included a size chart. This chart helps you determine the right size for your chosen product. You'll find it on each product page. It's important to know your waist measurement in inches. For example: a 34-inch waist measurement. Each waist measurement in inches is converted to a size: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large, XXX-Large.
Can I exchange or get a refund for one or more products that are not suitable?
As with most stores selling intimate products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. To ensure the correct size, please refer to the size chart provided for each brand. This chart can be found on each product page.
However, if the product is defective, please contact us and we will be happy to apply the warranty according to the brand you purchased and which is defective. IMPORTANT: The warranty does not apply to replacement items.

What happens if there is an error in my address?
If there is an error in your address and it is your fault, there is a good chance the package will be returned to the Mesbobettes warehouse. We will be happy to resend the package to you, but this time, you will be charged for shipping. However, if the error is our fault, we will cover the cost of returning the package to you. If you make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it if the package is still at our warehouse.

Customer service is a priority for us. You can reach us by email or chat between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. A dedicated agent is always available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM via the chat tool in the bottom right corner of your screen.

What is your pricing policy?
Our prices are subject to change without notice. You may purchase a product at the regular price and find it on sale a few days later. We do not offer refunds for price adjustments.
Are your products cheaper than elsewhere?
Mesbobettes.ca aims to offer the best possible price for its products.
Do you hold sales or liquidations?
Yes, like any store that cares about its customers, we sometimes offer discounts on our merchandise for limited times. However, you must be a member of our Size Member Club to access the clearance section.
If I receive a damaged product, what do I do?

What is a final sale?
A final sale means the purchase is final. Once you have placed your order and payment has been processed, the transaction is considered complete. As part of our return policy, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We therefore encourage you to carefully review the details of each product before finalizing your purchase.
