When will I receive my order?
Preordered items will ship around the end of August. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your pack is on its way.
Why is the discount so big (up to 60%)?
Because we just placed the biggest order in our history. The result: a much better price per unit — which we're passing straight on to you instead of keeping it for ourselves.
Why is Hook Max+ only sold in packs?
Fewer colors and a pack format let us produce at a larger scale, which brings the price per pair down. It also lets us offer free shipping on every order.
Will the price change before the preorder ends?
Not before. The discount stays fixed (-55% on the pack of 3, -60% on the pack of 5) as long as the preorder is active. Once it ends, prices go back up — and packs at this price won't be back.
