If you find an identical item in stock at a price lower than ours in store or on a local retailer's website, we will match this price and we will offer you 500 additional points to your customer account. We will match our local competitors' online prices, where applicable.

Price equalization for retailers limited to e-commerce

If you find an identical item in stock at a price lower than ours on the website of a Canadian retailer limited to e-commerce, we will match this price and we will offer you 500 additional points to your customer account. We will match our local competitors' online prices, where applicable.

Procedure for price equalization?

Mesbobettes store:

• Present at checkout, upon payment, the details of the competitor's price (leaflet, printed copy, website or photo) to a member of the Mesbobettes team, during the validity period of the competing offer.
• We will then confirm, if the item is covered by our price guarantee

• Before making your purchase online, please contact our customer satisfaction team to request a price match.
• Please provide us with the following information when contacting us:
• The brand name
• The model number
• The link to the product page on mesbobettes.ca
• The full web address of the product page on the competitor's website OR a copy of the competitor's current flyer.
• Details of the price difference
• We will then confirm whether the item is covered by our price guarantee.
